We Design, Build & Construct your dream house works; also we undertake all of, proportion of, the design of the works under one contract. Our services suits clients who want nominal participation, a definite fee, and a guaranteed completion date. Rasamaal Homes handles the entire process from start to finish, from design coordination through approvals and permitting process.

Contracting

We will carry out the project from the preconstruction stage and be paid on a fee basis, to manage and deliver the project. The fee comprises a percentage for profit and fixed overheads.

Management and Consultancy

We can produce a project management package tailored to your requirements, employing individual trades, part project manage, etc - the scope of our involvement is up to the client. Be assured our experience qualities enable us to secure best value from potential contractors - each new project is assessed and assigned a particular Project Manager depending on requirements.
